Dmc5 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

This document sets out the binding terms and conditions for using the dmc5 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to comply with all rules stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the dmc5 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the dmc5 platform.

These terms apply to all platform users including casual visitors, registered users, and active players. Continued use after any term updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The dmc5 platform provides online entertainment services exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. Users under the minimum age are not permitted to register or use any services offered.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

Each user is allowed to have only one active account on the dmc5 platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual—whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment methods—is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. dmc5 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to submit requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password secure.
Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
You bear full responsibility for any activity conducted through your account.
Report to the support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of dmc5 complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. dmc5 is not liable for any legal issues users may face from accessing the platform in regions where such services are prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dmc5 platform:

Using bots, automated software, or any methods intended to manipulate games or betting systems.
Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification, or illegal activities.
Using the platform for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways contrary to their intended purpose.
Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain unfair advantages.

Dmc5 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Payment and Transaction Information

All transactions on the dmc5 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits must be made through payment methods approved by the platform, including online banking and local e-wallets available at the time.

Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to the user themselves. Using a bank account or e-wallet belonging to another party for deposit purposes is strictly prohibited.

Deposit: Deposits will be credited to the user's account once transaction confirmation is received from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours in exceptional cases.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed by the dmc5 team in the order they are received. Users may be required to complete identity verification procedures before large withdrawals are approved. dmc5 reserves the right to request supporting documents to comply with financial regulations.

Cancellations & Disputes: Once bets or in-game transactions are confirmed, they cannot be canceled. Any transaction disputes must be reported to support within 30 days of the transaction date. dmc5 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Any attempt to abuse the payment system will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Liability Limits and Account Policies

Dmc5 is not responsible for any financial losses, service interruptions, or data damage arising from platform usage, including technical glitches, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond dmc5’s control (such as natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party actions).

This platform is provided “as is.” While dmc5 strives to keep services available and functioning properly, we do not guarantee it will always be free from technical errors or momentary interruptions.

Account Suspension: dmc5 reserves the right to temporarily suspend user accounts for investigation, identity verification, or if suspicious activity is detected. Users will be notified via email or support chat regarding any suspension.

Account Closure: dmc5 reserves the right to permanently close user accounts where fraud, abuse, or serious breaches of terms are confirmed. In such cases, any balance linked to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Changes

Intellectual Property: All content on the dmc5 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software code, and interface designs — is the property of dmc5 or parties that have licensed it to dmc5. Users may not copy, redistribute, or modify any of this content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links: dmc5 may contain links to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. dmc5 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms: dmc5 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect.

Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the online platform’s operations. Any unresolved disputes must be settled through mutually agreed arbitration.
